Well, 1,159 to be exact, sold in the past month that it's been on the shelves- "Tough Love" Planner sales are looking pretty good! The 4 top selling stores are all in California (Glendale, Temecula, La Mesa, and Encino). The runners up with a close second are Hackensack, NJ and the Bronx. Relay for Life

Relay for Life is tonight!!! I can't wait...it's always such an exciting and moving experience. Not too mention all the fun we have during the overnight walk. Everything gets pretty silly around 4am! But nonetheless, we're helping in the fight against cancer! My personal walk is in support of my mom and in memory of my Grandma. Please visit my page and help in anyway you can.

Girl Scout Window - Round 2

Finally over the snow scene, I've turned the Girl Scout Headquarter's holiday window from a winter wonderland to a campers dream! The display features the latest line of Journey Books for girls, the new Eco-Friendly Tote, and the Keeping it Green Frog. The Dallas Shaw Show

My favorite former illustration classmate, Dallas Shaw, (Marywood '03 - man, did we cause a ruckus) is having a show in NYC!!! "Lady" will be held in the meat packing district @ Charles Nolan on June 13th from 5-8pm. Be there!! I'll be photographing the event, so I'll see you there!

My New Mantra

The Keep Calm and Carry On motivational poster was produced in 1939 during the beginning of World War II, and was a "last case scenario" to be used only should the Nazis succeed in invading Great Britain, in order to stiffen resolve. Two-and-a-half million copies were printed, although the poster was distributed only in limited numbers. The designer of the poster is not known.

Papaya! + Sabrina Ward Harrison = LOVE

I was so excited to find out this morning that Sabrina Ward Harrison (my favorite artist) will be joining Papaya! (my favorite Stationery Line) to release an exclusive line of gifts!

There will be about 30 items from Papaya dazzled with the enchanting designs by Sabrina! I am thrilled for all involved! Sabrina's authentic approach to life and art has encouraged people all over the world to come from a place of honest expression and what Sabrina likes to call...True Living. I'm still patiently waiting for a Sabrina Ward Harrison workshop in our area!!!!

Window # 2

Ready for the next round of NYC window design for the Girl Scouts of America! This poster is my inspiration for the window (not my artwork). They want to focus on the new Journey books coming out this summer. I just love the colors! I'm thinking about recreating this actual scene - corrugated trees, enlarge the animals on poster board, pink backdrop, dress one of the models in a Think Green shirt - what do ya think?

The final products are in and ordered for Barnes & Noble stores nationwide!!!

The items will be set up on a featured Front of Store Pine Table for the Back to School Promotion with other fun and colorful designs starting July 15th! The product is currently be sent for professional photographs to be used for PR (below are just quick shots I did in our studio). Keep your fingers crossed in hopes that they be chosen for magazine features!
